Hassle-Free Returns | Aloum Daum Return Policy
At Aloum Daum, we understand that receiving a physically damaged product or one that is different from its description can be disappointing. That's why we have a Return and Replacement Policy that you can use within the applicable period if you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition. To process a return or replacement, you must write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and the following conditions must be met:
1.1 The product is damaged during transit or delivery.
1.2 The product received is different from what was confirmed at the time of ordering.
1.3 The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer's box, original sales receipt, and all accessories.
1.4 If these conditions are met, we will replace the product or initiate a refund, provided you agree to the following steps. You must send an email from your registered email ID to email@example.com with the Invoice Number and the following information:
1.4.1 Clear images and videos of the damaged product, including any leakage or spillage, images of the mono-carton and outer packaging. The video must clearly show the unboxing of the package to evidence the damage, leakage, or spillage.
1.4.2 In the event of a missing product, a wrong product being delivered, or an issue with the product weight, you must provide clear images and video clippings taken during unboxing and of the open package along with the received products for our investigation and confirmation.
1.4.3 After receiving your information, you must allow us 5 working days to investigate your complaint and provide a resolution. If your return is approved, our team will inform you.
1.4.4 All products approved for exchange must be returned in the same condition and packaging as received. If there has been visible damage or breakage to the product containers during transit, we will replace the product without cost, provided you share images and videos of the damage during unboxing for our records.
1.4.5 After receiving the returned package, our warehouse team will conduct a quality and weight check. The exchange or replacement will be processed within 48-72 hours after the check, and you will receive an email with the new consignment tracking details.

Each product description on our website includes a list of ingredients, and people with sensitivities or allergies to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If in doubt, always perform an allergy patch test, and if irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
